Founded in 1949, the Mary E. Bivins Foundation was established with a clear purpose to improve quality of life in the Texas Panhandle, with a special and enduring commitment to older adults.
This focus reflects the values and intentions of its founder, Mary Elizabeth Bivins, whose life was marked by generosity, stewardship, and compassion.
Our Mission
To enrich the quality of life in the Texas Panhandle by supporting the elderly, funding the education of Christian ministers, and addressing critical community needs.
